  The Odor Neutralization by Activated CarbonFilters consist of the following components that can use to removefoul odours of smoke or fire from your home or business

  Activated Carbon Grades

  According to experiments, Grade 20 Activated Carbon Filters are rated 30% on their ability to absorb carbon tetrachloride (CTC); and have a typical surface area per weight of between 700-800 m2/g by the BET N2 method (the area being a measure of the area of the walls of the cavern like structure of the Activated Carbon): Bulk density is between 0.55 - 0.59 g/cc

  Pre-filters should be fitted in the Ventilation Systems to protect Activated CarbonFilters, and it ensures a long life for the filter. It is recommended that a filter having a minimum grade of F5 to EN779, such as a general purpose Multi Pocket Filter.

  Test results show that our Grade 50 Activated Carbon Filters are rated 55% on their ability to absorb carbon tetrachloride (CTC); have a typical surface area per weight of between 1100-1200 m2/g by the BET N2 method (the area being a measure of the area of the walls of the cavern like structure of the Activated Carbon): Bulk density is between 0.49 - 0.53 g/cc

• Odor Neutralization by Specialty Chemicals

  Odor Neutralizer ESON 100

  Odor Neutralizer ESON 100is made up of an important blended oils and perfume components. It neutralizes wide range of unpleasant odors including cooking smells and produces a pleasant odor. This is frequently used to control odors arising from toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, nurseries, smoke rooms and waste bins etc. It is also good for monitoring animal odors in kennels, cages, hutches, bedding materials and stables.

  When Odor Neutralizer ESON 100 interacts with malodor (static or airborne), it would either neutralize the odor or change it to a more acceptable level to use continuously. Therefore, it does not function as a masking agent. Odor Neutralizer ESON 100 will form residues which impedes the reappearance of odor.

  Odor Neutralizer ESON 100destroys airborne germsandprevents the growth of bacteria such as staphylococcus aurous and pseudomonas aeruginosa on surfaces, and cleans the air. This Neutralizer is more appropriate in sick rooms and nursing homes.

• UV-C Odour Neutralization

  UV-C Odor Neutralization

  UV-C Odor Control is a system which utilizes ultra violet lights to remove odors formed by cooking. . It is important to have an UV-C Odor Control System integrated into a new Ventilation System to provide kitchen air.

  UV-C System uses a special lamp to control the grease and odors that generates Ozone and UV-Light. When exposing to intensive UV-light and ozone oxidation, contaminants in the air get demolished. This leaves with no grease deposits in the ductwork and result in the reduction of odor emissions to the surroundings.

  Kindly aware that the UV-C Odor Control uses an Electrostatic Preceptor along with a Carbon Filter, since UV-C is unable to remove smoke, this condition occurs.
