Reverse Pulse Cleaning and Cartridge Dust Collection

1. The option of both on-line and off-line cleaning is offered by the reverse pulse controller
2. The photohelic controller is given prewired and housed within a NEMA 4 enclosure
3. The reverse pulse is scheduled to clean at a desired pressure drop across the filters
4. Its preset is simple and adjustable.

1. Sonic nozzles which are specially designed, precisely direct and arise the air velocity into the cartridge filter to reverse pulse the contaminants from the filters.
2. Cleaning the cartridge is completed by the use of 1.5” valves and sonic nozzles placed behind the cartridge filters.
